GRAND ISLAND VINEYARDS - THE WINERY

Grand Island Vineyards is located at 12484 Highway 160, Walnut Grove, CA, 95690. We are currently open Friday through Monday from 10am - 5 pm and for special occasions. We would be happy to reserve you a tasting time, if you would like to schedule an appointment during the week. Please contact us via our web form, email or phone.  Large groups must make an appointment when visiting Grand Island Vineyards.

The 128-acre vineyard was purchased in 1996 and is planted with 100 acres of wine grapes including Chardonnay, Merlot, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as two pear orchards.  The tasting room and upstairs offices are in an open 11,300 sq. ft. two story building that occupies a 5-acre site complete with parking areas, landscaped grounds and plenty of room for outdoor activities and special events.

Our family has been growing wine grapes for over 45 years in the Clarksburg American Viticultural area, and for the last 10 years have been focused on developing our winery facility.  The winery entrance is located directly off of State Highway 160, bordered by the majestic Sacramento River and Steamboat Slough.
